DISCOVERY MODE
Point at any object and instantly get AI-powered identification, facts, and details. LucidAR recognizes thousands of objects, animals, electronics, vehicles, plants, and more — then answers your questions about them through voice or text.
• Calorie Estimation: Point at food and tap the flame icon to get a per-item calorie breakdown and total count for everything on your plate. LucidAR also suggests recipes based on the ingredients it detects.
• Live Translation: Detect text on signs, menus, labels, and documents, then translate it into 30+ languages — works offline too with on-device translation.
• Instant Measurement: Tap the ruler to measure any object's width and height directly in AR. Supports both metric and imperial units.
• Screenshot Capture: Save your AR view with a single tap — measurements, labels, and all.
• Voice Queries: Ask questions hands-free and get spoken answers about whatever your camera sees.

HOW-TO MODE
Need instructions? Point at an appliance, tool, or device and LucidAR generates clear, step-by-step guides tailored to the exact object in front of you. With LucidAR pro, export any guide as a formatted PDF to save or share.
Supported categories include coffee makers, printers, washers, ovens, thermostats, musical instruments, bicycles, and hundreds more.
NAVIGATION MODE
Say where you want to go and follow the AR arrow. LucidAR overlays turn-by-turn walking directions directly onto your camera view with real-time distance, estimated arrival time, and step-by-step instructions. Browse nearby restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies, parks, transit stops, and more from a visual grid.
COMMUNITY HAZARD REPORTING
Stay safe on your route with real-time hazard alerts from fellow walkers. During navigation, tap the hazard button to instantly report road hazards, police activity, accidents, closures, or bad weather at your current location. Reports appear as icons along your trip progress bar so you can see what's ahead. When you approach a reported hazard, you'll be asked to confirm or dismiss it — keeping the map accurate for everyone. Reports expire automatically after two hours.
INDOOR MAPPING (Premium)
When GPS fades, LucidAR switches to indoor mode. Browse community-mapped buildings and find bathrooms, elevators, exits, stores, and more. Drop your own pins to help others navigate and climb the leaderboard with points and badges.
