Find is a personalised nutrition platform built around one belief: your health strategy should adapt to your life, not the other way around. Whether you're fuelling endurance training, building strength, managing your weight, or simply trying to eat better, Find meets you where you are. Two Modes, One App Choose how you want to engage with food. Track your nutrition with full calorie, macro and micronutrient detail, or switch to Nourish mode, a calorie-free experience built around meal photos, intuitive eating, and how food actually makes you feel. Switch between modes any time. Nothing is ever deleted. Fuelling Science, Built In Find's calorie cycling engine adjusts your daily targets around your training load. It syncs with Strava for real activity data, scales carb and protein targets with session intensity, and delivers evidence-based fuelling guidance covering pre, during and post workout, grounded in published sports nutrition research (Thomas et al., Jeukendrup, ISSN). Race day? Find builds a full fuelling plan including gels, hydration and race-drink targets, surfacing it as a countdown in the week before your event. Work With Your Coach Connect a personal trainer directly inside the app. Your coach can review your daily nutrition and logged data, set custom calorie and macro targets that override your baseline in real time, sync training sessions into your calendar, and message you, all without leaving Find. Built Around Your Goals At sign-up, you choose what you want to focus on: weight management, health and habits, gym and strength, or endurance and running. Find surfaces only the features relevant to your goals, from race day planning and sweat rate testing to protein-first dashboards and body composition tracking. Key Features Macro and micronutrient tracking across five food databases, including a community-verified database Barcode scanner and recipe URL importer (works with BBC Good Food, NYT Cooking, Allrecipes and more) Calorie cycling: daily targets that move automatically with your training load AI nutrition coach and chatbot Strava, Oura Ring and Apple Health integration Race day fuelling planner and sweat rate calculator with weather-aware hydration Personal trainer connection with live override, calendar sync and messaging Nourish mode: photo meal journaling with mood, hunger and fullness tracking, no calorie display Habit tracking, health journal, and HRV and recovery insights Period tracking and cycle-aware nutrition Progress charts, body composition tracking, and a customisable dashboard Home screen widgets, meal planning, and shopping lists Not a diet.
