Yes it was pricey, but it was also long and gorgeous! This is by far my favorite genre, and it delivered big time. Beautiful graphics and great storyline. The puzzles were good, HO games were clear, map worked well. My ONLY complaint, and it’s minor, is that there wasn’t any actual spoken dialogue, you just read it, otherwise I personally thought it was spectacular and had zero glitches. I’m sure I’ll play this many times again, so for me the price wasn’t that big an issue. Bravo. More like this please!

UPDATE: I have never seen Oleg update a game as fast as he did with this one! Too bad it didn’t address the fatal error I encountered. At least, now you can exit the strategy guide without having to reboot the game. I am not a big fan of fantasy, and knights and dragons, but the cinematography and the graphics are amazing. The game is lengthy, has a fantastic variety of HO scenes, mini-games and a plethora of unusual tasks. The touch is unfortunately severely lacking. Domini never seems to fine-tune it. However, I will admit that the gameplay is entertaining and magical. That being said, I spoke too soon. Unfortunately, there was a fatal error in chapter 4. I could not paint the stone with runes. The hint button failed to function any longer. So my rating will remain at 1 star. It’s a pity because general gameplay was enjoyable.Friendly Fox released Bridge to Another World: The Christmas Curse and it’s a blockbuster! Just purchase, play and enjoy! Graphics are beautiful but gameplay is very frustrating. There is little logic to the ‘active areas’ and the items needed do not make sense most of the time. I also found the tapping very frustrating, I missed a lot of items because tapping did not activate them, even when I used my Apple Pencil. I think the objects needed to be reprogrammed. I do a lot of these games and usually don’t need many hints but I needed a lot in this gameplay due to missed items and illogical gameplay. I will try to finish because it’s such a pretty game

I am unable to rate this higher due to some serious issues. Three times in the first chapter the game froze, requiring a restart. Also, if the strategy guide is selected, there is no way to exit the screen, also requiring a restart. As we have seen lately, there is no match 3 option in the HOs. If one can make it through the first chapter the game is rather enjoyable. It is loosely based on the King Arthur legend, with Camelot, knights, dragons and a search for a missing father.
