Instant Tourist Visa Account Setup claims that it only takes minutes but there are constant errors that prevent users from fully setting up the account. It looks like proper beta testing was not done at all for this new feature but heavy advertising was done though.

AI assistant is useless. App not connected with my relationship manager. It looks pretty but it’s hard to navigate! Add numbers where we can call actual humans to assist us with urgent banking matters. No contact numbers to be found on this fancy App.
