Pace by Athlytic reads your Apple Watch health data and tells you what actually matters -- in plain language, not just charts and numbers.
Most health apps overwhelm you with scores, rings, and graphs. Pace takes a different approach. It monitors 35+ health signals, learns what's normal for you, and only speaks up when something is worth your attention.
HOW IT WORKS
Just wear your Apple Watch. Pace does the rest. No data entry required, no numbers to interpret. Each day, Pace checks your health data and gives you a clear summary of how you're doing.

SMART HEALTH INSIGHTS
Pace learns your personal baselines over 60 days, then alerts you when something shifts. Instead of showing you a number and hoping you know what it means, Pace explains it:
- "Your heart rate variability is lower than usual"
- "Your blood pressure trend is elevated -- the AHA considers this Stage 1"
- "Your walking speed has declined -- this is one of the strongest predictors of overall health"
And when things improve, Pace tells you that too. No open loops -- when a concern resolves, you'll know about it.
HEALTH PATTERNS
Pace discovers correlations hidden in your data -- like how alcohol affects your HRV, or how daylight impacts your deep sleep. Every pattern is statistically validated and backed by peer-reviewed research. No guessing, no astrology.

- Conversational health summaries written in plain English
- Alerts you when something needs attention, celebrates when things improve

YOUR PRIVACY
All analysis happens on your iPhone using Apple's on-device AI. No cloud uploads, no accounts, no tracking, no data selling. Your health data never leaves your phone.
Pace by Athlytic -- your health, explained.
So there is no way to contact the engine other than this, to correct wrong assessments. Or correct the course of recommendations. Seems short sighted or lack of support. I’ll keep people posted how it works out. The AI will refuse to correct actions and recommendations which seems really lame.

General Health Oversight Made Simple
Eric Thurow
I am a very well diversed tech guy. Whether it being home networking, smart home and now health & fitness technology including wearables; I see Pace Health as a very easy to understand health metrics app. Afterall; it utilizes your own personal tech you already have in both your Apple Watch and its associated Apple iPhone, to record top level health metrics.Pace takes the technology that is already available with your Apple Watch and breaks down further information for which Apple Health does not do, at least at present. With the undesired acts of our illicit government controlled health care system, it is up to each of us to be solely accountable and proactive in our own health and not reliant on health insurance companies and drug cartels like big pharma to tell us their scare tactics in order for their poisons to get into us. Pace by Athlytic is the second step in gaining control of your health. The first; buying a Apple Watch and connecting it to Apple Health. If you want a deeper dive into your health, try the Athlytic app itself.
PACE, smart app with lot’s of potential!

PACE UI is great! Easy to use, easy to understand and it points you to critical information quickly. It comes with AI interactive capabilities built on Apple Intelligence. And, it is well positioned to leverage the new Apple Intelligence capabilities that are expected later this year.
Amazing app and devs
Eradik
I’ll admit I had some reservations at launch but the devs were incredibly responsive and fixed every minor gripe that I had. The app is quite good for seeing your health data quickly and easily.
Developer Response
Hi, thanks for your review and I actually love your suggestion. Look for it in the next update! ;) Gary
Every chart under Your Metrics now has the option to see 6 months and 1 year of data, in addition to 60 days.
Fixed an issue where some users may not be seeing Health Patterns.
A few other small bug fixes and optimizations.
Thanks!
Gary
