Really not working won’t let you scan

Worst app ever! Never loads no matter how many times you try.

At this point in technology I expect all apps to be able to show all transaction dispute them and have customer service that’s better than just sorry we can’t help when reporting issues. It’s very passive in my experiences. Especially when reporting that at one point you could make pickup orders over Walmart app and that most places don’t accept the card despite them stating they do. When reps look up grocers in your area code it comes up with same place that you tried but ended up paying out of pocket as all your healthy food (vegetables milk, eggs and chicken) wouldn’t capture payment at Safeway, but they are listed. You get told to shop somewhere else. I asked for listing and was told CVS and Walgreens which are pharmacies not grocers. 🤦🏻‍♀️ far as just app experience I would like to see deposit dates and totals and more than just a balance spent here. At one point during switching cards and this new app being put out there is no way to track that they ported over remaining balance from old card to new card but by calling and speaking to the mediocre customer service reps that seem to not be able to assist very well and when reporting issues very passive as if they don’t understand nor care.

Grateful for the benefits but this app sucks, the old otc app was way better.
