When adding medications, it doesn’t have an option for half tablets and doesn’t have an option for a syringe. When selecting date and time, it doesn’t have an option for if you’re starting in the evening, but still adding a morning time for the next day.

You’re right that medication setup should better support fractional doses, syringe-style medications, and schedules that start later in the day. We're reviewing these improvements now and plan to address them in an upcoming update.
