reDEFINE Her is a supportive space for women navigating midlife, menopause, and the many transitions that come with this season of life.
Designed by a life coach who truly understands this chapter, reDEFINE Her helps you pause, reflect, and reconnect with who you are becoming — not just who you’ve been for everyone else.
What you’ll find inside reDEFINE Her:
• Home – A gentle landing place that welcomes you into a calming, grounded experience created just for midlife women. Coaching Space – A dedicated area to check in with yourself and get clear on what you want to work on. When you’re ready, you can tap “Book a Session” to schedule 1:1 coaching through the reDEFINE Life Coaching website.
• Menopause Support – Space to explore the emotional, mental, and physical shifts of menopause. You’ll find reflective prompts and supportive language that help you feel seen, validated, and less alone.
• Midlife Support – Guidance for the bigger questions of this season: identity, purpose, relationships, boundaries, and what’s next. Use this space to reflect on who you are becoming and what you’re ready to step into.
• Journal – A private place to write what you’re feeling, noticing, or processing in real time. Capture your thoughts about your body, your relationships, your energy, and your next chapter. (Note: in this version, journal entries are stored temporarily and may reset when the app is closed.)
Book a 1:1 coaching session
When you’re ready for deeper support, you can tap “Book a Session” inside the app to schedule a 1:1 coaching session through the reDEFINE Life Coaching website.
This first version of reDEFINE Her is intentionally simple, gentle, and focused on reflection. Future updates may include audio coaching, guided practices, and structured programs to support you even more in midlife and beyond.
