I need to use superlatives when describing Five B-N adventure games. The latest addition is awesome! I love that over the years Susan has aged, but she is still part of Lost Lands. You also introduced her granddaughter into the story line in Lost Lands 10. I can only anticipate…The best parts are the mood music, graphics (absolutely beautiful), the story, the animated bits, dialog, and best of all: the puzzles. I love that even though I need to find hidden objects, it is not repetitive. It is merely one aspect of the entire game. I love that some puzzles are relatively easy and others really hard.If you are new to Five B-N games, you are in for a treat! They have created worlds to explore. I would suggest you start with any story line Part 1. I envy you discovering these amazing places for the first time!I am always delighted when you drop a new game or add a chapters to your to your shorter games, like Tricky doors. Thank you!
Amazing!!!!!

I love these games. I wish this series did not end. I love the fantasy and magic ones. I wish there was more of darkness and flames as well. I love the story’s like this so much, it’s sad to see it come to an end. Hopefully we’ll get more stuff like this. These type of games are fun and amazing, they give me joy. Definitely need more about magic users and them using there magic and maybe fairy’s and more mermaids and elf’s. Idk it’s just some stuff I’d like to see and play.
where is this series headed?

i love the lost lands series and have played all of them multiple times. i’m really disappointed in this new game, however. i was hoping either kiara would take over susan’s position as protector of the lost lands or the storyline would shift to maaron’s past. instead, we got four surface level characters with no true backstory, purpose, or potential. i’m not a big fan of the chapters as they don’t give you enough time to connect with the characters. i feel the storylines are surface level and all the money went into the voice acting and animation. the puzzles were a bit more complicated, which i’m thankful for because i was starting to notice a pattern in their previous games.overall, i think the storylines could use some work-this version’s story was all over the place. i feel it’d be best to either focus on the main cast, or start a new series all together. there’s no point in dragging the series on if there’s no one we can really connect with

I am a GIANT FAN of all the devs old games, they were my number one HOPA developers. But they’ve started introducing design decisions that are horrendous to play, seemingly for no reasonIn this game, certain objects will not be interactive until certain story beats (i.e. talking to someone, then you can go pick up some random item you saw earlier rather than just picking it up when you saw it regardless of if you knew you would need it). I HATE this mechanic, it makes it impossible to clear a room and there’s no logic to know when to return to a scene and interact. The hidden object puzzles will have items hidden that don’t indicate in the list that you need to click some random unrelated object to uncover them (usually in the genre this is done by changing the color of the word - not here. Looking for a playing card? You have to click a random hand rake for no reason and with no hints).Zoomed in scenes will stay zoomed in after you do everything in them (same issue as artifact seekers and mystery detective adventure). This makes the game basically unplayable and ruins the pacing and joy of exploration and completion of areas. Also the game is just way overly difficult. Aside from the previous issues, the mini games are nearly impossible half the time. That’s not to mention the clearly AI generated cutscenes that look horrible. At least in this game, there’s no annoying optional objects and puzzles like in artifact seekers. These just get in the way - NO ONE ENJOYS THESE. They add clutter and are completely tedious. But yea, their recent output is night and day worse from the early stuff. NY mysteries, legendary tales, early lost lands - these are the best games in the genre. But I can not play any of their recent games BRING BACK THE OLD HUMAN-CREATED CUTSCENES AND GAME DESIGN DECISIONS - EVERYONE HATES THESE CHANGES
Bug fixes and minor enhancements.
