To unlock them, you earn credits from real-world activity and then spend them to buy a timed unlock window. 1 credit = 1 minute of screen time. No streaks-at-all-cost guilt. HOW IT WORKS • Pick which apps to block (Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, anything distracting) • Earn credits — 10 per 1,000 steps, up to 30 per nature check-in, 1 per 2 min of focus (Premium boosts mindfulness to 1 per 90 sec) • Tap Unlock, pick a window — 15, 30, or 60 minutes • Your apps stay open for the full window, on the clock.
