I’ve been using this app for a good 2 days. Yet, in those days I’ve seen tremendous progress in my discipline. This app has been able to limit my screen time by half. I’ve recommended this to all my friends and family members who I love deeply with my hearts. I will continue using this app to build my character and strength using the advanced software data and technology that this company so has workers hard on throughout these months. All said and done however, there is a few bugs. For example, on the plank exercise it’s the most technological bug in this advance software. I hope it is fixed. Also you should add curls to your exercise features. However you should pay for it.You should make it pay to win

Such a simple idea but worked so good for me. I’m not using for pushups but for squats (can’t do pushups yet😓). One thing tho, plank counter seems off, it stops when you move little bit, it needs to be calibrated. Except that all good so far thank you!!!🙏

I see so much potential for this app but can you make it so it does not get rid of my progress I had 12 hours saved and the next day it was gone :( also please add more work outs like 50 steps 1 min or sum I love this app and it has changed my life but we need more to be stronger and better I also am only 13 so I need a good workout app and this is perfect for me please add more to do PLEASE KING I LOVE THIS APP😭

You can switch your screen time to accumulated mode so it doesn't reset at midnight. You can also customize things like reducing the emergency break from 30 minutes down to 5, and choose whether notifications let you unlock or jump straight to your last workout.And great news: we just added Steps! You can now earn screen time by walking too. More exercises coming soon.Keep crushing it 💪
