Inconsistent characters and Corny storylines

The art looks really cool overall but The same problems that most AI apps have with inconsistent character art. It will use the image you import once or twice, but then take liberties with them and they’re not consistent throughout changing body type hair, clothing from one scene to another. I did a character that was an egg. In one scene it’s the picture I gave it, in the next it’s a man with an egg for a head, in another it an egg with giant round ears. Also, even if you’re heavily prompting everything it will rap up every story in a let’s be friends, Deal with our feeling, corny ending. The good guy doesn’t defeat the bad guy, they just become buddies.

It makes very short comics nicely.. The art is good, for visualizing concepts. The dialogue is a bit hokey.. It makes the images quick enough.. But charging $5+ to only make three comics per week is mildly aggravating. I can’t imagine spending $50+ to be limited to ‘29’ mini comic creations per year.. I could easily come up with 30 comic ideas within a month. Especially if every comic comes out ‘incorrect’ in some way. After realizing (the hard way) I couldn’t generate more than 3 comics within the next 6 days 23 hours, I immediately cancelled my subscription. If the weekly membership was ‘1 comic per day, for a week’, that would be much better. Still limiting, but better… Overall, it’s neat, but I can’t recommend this app to anyone as it is…

This app is extremely misleading. Even when you upload reference images and give clear prompts, the characters come out completely different on every page. There is no real consistency, which defeats the purpose of making a comic.You also have almost no control over pacing or planning. You can’t properly map out pages or scenes, and every page feels random. Characters constantly change designs, and sometimes an entirely different character appears from page to page.On top of that, the pricing is awful. Making just a few pages can cost anywhere from $5 to over $20, and if you don’t like the result, you cannot edit or fix it. Your only option is to pay again—sometimes repeatedly—for another attempt, which often still has the same problems. There’s no revision system worth the cost.Overall, the app feels very money-hungry and not creator-friendly. It might look appealing at first, but once you actually try to use it seriously, it’s not worth the price or the frustration.
