New: Customer Intake • Create shareable intake links so customers can submit tasks directly into your schedule. • Optional password protection for intake projects. • Support for subprojects/workstreams. • Customers can attach screenshots to submissions. • Auto-scheduling uses the work days/hours you configure. • New toolbar tray icon for managing intake projects, passwords, subprojects, and links. OpenTime & Calendar • Custom time blocks now render correctly on the calendar using exact scheduled times. • Scheduling details are clearer in task/goal modals. • Broken .ot files are automatically moved to a Broken/ folder to prevent repeated parsing. • Updated AI reference README with critical rules, examples, and common mistakes. • Deleting items now also removes their associated .ot files. Notes Export • Exported markdown notes now include author profile picture paths. • “Export All Notes” backfills missing author data for older notes. • Deleting entities now also removes exported notes folders and orphan .md files. Settings & Scheduling • Added a master toggle to hide wake/sleep times throughout the app. • Wake/sleep times now validate correctly and prevent invalid duplicate values. • Added a Skip button during onboarding for wake/sleep setup. • Settings menu is now always accessible. Window & Menu Bar • Closing the main window now keeps Elysium running in the menu bar with improved dock icon behavior. Sync Reliability • Permission-related sync failures no longer retry endlessly. • Event syncing now handles failures per-item instead of failing entire batches. • Fixed duplicate reminder sync errors. • Fixed database policy recursion issues affecting sync. • Fixed cases where sync cycles stopped early. • Improved date handling for edge-case timestamps. Database Cleanup Tools • Added “Delete All Schedule Data” in Settings → Account → Danger Zone. • Added admin “Purge Orphan Records” cleanup utility. Other Improvements • Sidebar width now adjusts automatically so toolbar icons never clip. • Added an option to hide the Customer Intake toolbar icon. Bug Fixes • Various stability and performance improvements.
