FINALLY!

I’ve been waiting over five years for an app like this to be developed. I’ve used Workflowy and other products inspired by Workflowy and other list type apps but I must say this is my dream app. First off, you have all native Mac and iOS apps even iPad! This thing is beautifully designed, which is another downside on every other app. If the app isn’t gorgeous with beautiful UI design and great animations while being responsive, then I lose interest, maybe it’s just me, maybe it’s my A.D.D. I don’t know, but all I know is, that this app fulfills all those buckets. I feel like this developer has been very in tune, with great iOS apps, even other to-do apps, because they have integrated cool features that I’ve seen from Things and other apps that have taken this type of tool to a whole Nother level. Finally, once again, I can just create create, create on my iOS devices without having to think about technical stuff. It’s fast and beautiful in the process. Do yourself a favor and check out this app. The free version is really good as well, but it is so worth to support the developer on this, so we can keep this product going for years to come.

As a WorkFlowy user for the last five years, this is the closest alternative I have ever found. The thing I like most is how fast it loads up. WorkFlowy has really slowed down over the years as my database grew. The only thing missing in Airlist for me is web access through a browser. I use a lot of devices and sometimes don’t have an Apple device available. If I was able to access all of my notes through a browser, I would probably switch to Airlist.

I use a lot of devices and sometimes don’t have an Apple device available. If I was able to access all of my notes through a browser, I would probably switch to Airlist.
Greatness eclipsed by poor privacy policy

Although quite beautiful and powerful what keeps me from using this app is that it requires contact information and user content in its privacy policy and uses a 3rd party sync. To be honest it just doesn’t illicit a cozy feeling when adding content if you don’t feel confident of where your data goes. Although they may be very integritous people it’s hard to rely on blind trust, especially in this day and age. And the mention on the privacy page that in the future they reserve the option to sell to other companies who would then gain your information, and also quite alarming, that your data may be deleted for any reason at any time, for various reasons. In order to be a real contender in my opinion it should use iCloud sync by default and add a few other functions like image and file attachment, and a calendar view like another user suggested. Nonetheless, I will give it a decent rating to support the app and encourage changes in the privacy — because bar the privacy concerns — it is a very unique, powerful and overall all, could be an amazing app to use if it didn’t make you feel so vulnerable to use.

This is so, so close to the perfect app I need. The only thing it’s missing is some sort of calendar or calendar integration. Like if there was any way to either import or export dated events, or even to just have a built in way to view tasks on a calendar in the app, would be perfect. The app itself is fantastic. It’s so close to bullet journaling and amazing at keeping things organized. I may or may not use it, the calendar thing may be a dealbreaker. If there’s ever a calendar added I’d pay the premium price in a heartbeat. Thanks for your work :)Edit to add-there are a couple bugs I’ve found that have made it harder to use-I can’t seem to flag things, so the flagged list doesn’t work. Using a #flag tag doesn’t work. And, the sequential item feature doesn’t work either :(
