Glamorph brings client management, online booking, payments and team calendars together for beauty professionals and small salons. Keep every visit connected to the client's history, photos, signed documents and payment details, from the first appointment to the next visit.
Made for estheticians and beauty therapists, hairdressers, makeup and bridal makeup artists, nail technicians, lash and brow specialists, tattoo artists and piercers. Work solo, on the move or with a salon or studio team.
CLIENT HISTORY THAT HELPS AT EVERY VISIT
Keep preferences, reported allergies and sensitivities, treatment notes, products and formulas in one client record. Review previous visits, attach before-and-after photos and share selected images through client galleries. Know what you used last time and what to keep in mind next time.
ONLINE BOOKING AND YOUR WORKING DAY
Publish a branded booking page with your services, professionals and live availability. Choose instant confirmation or approve requests. Manage working hours, service durations, buffers, breaks and time off. Clients can reschedule or cancel under your rules, and confirmed bookings join the same calendar as appointments you add yourself.
APPOINTMENT REMINDERS
Set up email and WhatsApp appointment reminders with your clients' permission. Manage reminder preferences from each client's profile and choose settings for appointments and online bookings. WhatsApp requires an eligible business connection.
CONSULTATIONS, CONSENT AND SIGNED PDFS
Prepare consultation, consent and aftercare documents. Collect signatures in person or through a remote signing link, then keep the finalized PDF with the client. Attach existing PDFs and use documents independently of online booking.
PAYMENTS, BALANCES AND EXPENSES
Track payments, tips, outstanding balances and business expenses. Eligible businesses can collect deposits, balances or custom client payments through payment links and supported in-person methods, including compatible card readers. Use supported booking payment rules and eligible refunds. Availability depends on the business country, provider, account and device. Provider fees may apply.

Give each professional a separate login and calendar in a shared workspace. Choose ready-made roles or custom permissions, control access to clients, documents and finances, and decide who can see their own calendar or the whole team's schedule.
