BandRoadie - Band Management for Musicians
BandRoadie keeps your band organized from rehearsal to showtime. Built by a musician, with no ads and no data selling.
Gigs
Schedule gigs, track load-in times, collect RSVPs from bandmates, and assign a setlist to each show. Log gig pay and view financials per event.
Rehearsals
Create one-off or recurring rehearsal schedules. Attach a setlist so everyone knows what you're working on.
Setlists
Build and reorder setlists with drag-and-drop. Each song can have its own BPM, key/tuning, and duration — with automatic set-length calculation. Add set breaks, print setlists, or share them as plain text.
Song Catalog
Your band's master song library. Search Spotify to auto-fill BPM and metadata, or enter everything manually. Add per-song notes for the whole band.
Calendar
A unified view of all gigs, rehearsals, and block-out dates. Subscribe via iCal to see your band schedule in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or any calendar app.
Members & Roles
Invite bandmates by email. Assign admin, member, or contributor roles with fine-grained permissions. Manage availability with block-out dates.
Venues & Contacts
Keep a directory of venues with contacts, addresses, and notes — no more digging through old emails.
Notifications
Push notifications for new gigs, rehearsals, and band activity — with per-user preferences.
Data Backup
Export your full band data as a file. Import it back at any time.

• Tap a band member's card to see their full profile: role, instruments, phone, email, address, and birthday

1.4.0 Jul 26
Setlist print settings: add show/hide key toggle
1.3.36 Jul 21
• Role selection at invite time - Admins can now choose a new member's role (Admin, Band Member, or Contributor) when sending an invite instead of only being able to change it after they join. Defaults to Band Member. Also closed a security gap where any active member — not just admins — could previously create invitations.
• Multi-type song links - Songs can now carry multiple link types (e.g. Spotify, YouTube) with auto-detected icons, instead of being limited to one link per song.
• Swipe to move/copy songs between setlists - Added swipe gestures for moving or copying songs directly between setlists.
• Gig state field - Gigs now have a state field, surfaced via the gig card's location display.
• Financials Add Entry flow - New entry flow for financials, gated to users with the appropriate permission; the financials PDF/screen title now correctly reflects the selected view (Income / Expenses / combined) instead of being hardcoded.
Bug fixes
• Fixed setlist detail screen sometimes appearing empty after loading - root cause was a fragile provider dependency; also added a guard so setlist data doesn't go stale if you switch bands while the screen is open.
• Fixed missing icon constants for the new song link types (follow-up to the multi-type links feature).
• Removed stray emoji from Move/Copy song confirmation messages.
Under the hood
• Consolidated font-size design tokens into a single app-wide source of truth (AppFontSizes).
• Migrated setlist reordering off a deprecated Flutter API.
• Upgraded Firebase (firebase_core ^4.11.0, firebase_messaging ^16.3.0); bumped iOS deployment target to 15.0 to match.

What's New in BandRoadie
Upcoming Rehearsals on the Home Screen
Your home screen now shows all upcoming rehearsals in a scrollable row — the same way gigs already appeared. No more navigating to the calendar just to see what's coming up. Recurring rehearsal lists also load automatically as you scroll, so you never hit a dead end.
Potential Rehearsals
You can now mark a rehearsal as "potential" when you're not sure if it's happening. Potential rehearsals surface on the dashboard alongside potential gigs, giving your band a clearer picture of what's confirmed versus still being worked out.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug where recurring rehearsals with an end date would drop the final occurrence — affected all platforms, not just Android.
- Fixed email validation rejecting valid addresses that use plus addressing (e.g., user+tag@gmail.com).
- Fixed the Save button in the event editor being incorrectly disabled before a setlist was selected.
- Cleaned up the event form field order for rehearsals.
- Removed the onboarding banner that was still appearing on the dashboard for bands with no events.
1.2.16 May 25
Potential Rehearsals
Band leaders can now mark rehearsals as potential — not just gigs. Set a rehearsal as tentative when you're not sure it's happening, and let the band weigh in.
Rehearsal Availability
Members are prompted to respond yes or no to potential rehearsals automatically when they open the app. No digging required. Leaders see a live availability count directly on the rehearsal card, so you always know where the band stands before confirming.

• Fixed text visibility across Setlists, Upcoming Gigs, Tips & Tricks, Settings, and Profile screens
• Navigation bars now use a bold dark theme in both light and dark mode for better contrast and readability
1.2.14 May 6
• New look, same roadie spirit: refreshed titles and typography across Setlists, Songs, and event screens.
• Your band, front and center: the top bar now shows your band name for a more personal home screen.
• Smarter header behavior: band names now adapt gracefully on smaller screens with smooth resizing and truncation.
• Cleaner setlist experience: song and setlist names now match a unified, easier-to-scan visual style.
• Polished details everywhere: updated drawer headers like Song Details and Add Event for a more consistent feel.
• Better small-screen usability: menu and band avatar stay fixed and reliable while content flexes around them.
• Under-the-hood quality improvements: layout and styling refinements for a cleaner, more stable UI.
1.2.12 Apr 29
Monthly recurring rehearsals now appear correctly on the calendar. Events land on the exact Nth weekday of each month (e.g. 3rd Monday) instead of drifting every 28 days, and the day selection bug that caused zero instances to be created has been resolved.

• New Contacts tab in the footer replaces Members
• Manage band members, venues, and contacts all in one place
• Added Light mode in Menu → Settings
• Dark mode is still the default, but now you can switch anytime
