THE FEED
Say what you actually think. Categories built for the floor — Shift Talk, Safety, Gear, Wins, Questions — with upvotes and downvotes so the best stuff rises. Post anonymously when you need your name off it: anonymity is enforced on our servers, not just hidden on your screen.
EVENTS
Cookouts, blood drives, safety town halls, retirement sendoffs, weekly huddles. RSVP in two taps, get a heads-up when something you're going to is starting soon, and set locations on-site (building, floor, room) or off-site. Recurring events keep the traditions alive.
