This update introduces the 14-day free trial, a direct link to the Discord community, a real exercise picker for custom workouts, and fixes the displayed version number. - New "Join the Discord" shortcut in settings to share ideas and help shape the app. - Adding an exercise to a custom workout now lets you search and pick from the app's full exercise catalog (no more typing the name by hand). - Added exercises come with sets, reps (or holds) and rest time already tuned to your progression. - Adding a first exercise from an empty workout now opens edit mode, so you can keep adding and adjusting before saving.
