RockSteady is a one‑stop training log for normal humans who care about consistency more than clout. It tracks runs and walks with live GPS maps, logs strength sessions and custom workouts, records yoga and recovery, auto‑builds charts to reveal long‑term trends, and keeps a simple calendar and streak view so users can see their “steady line” of effort at a glance.
All core data-routes, workouts, locations-lives locally on the user’s device, giving them control over what they share and with whom. There is no algorithmic public feed; just a small circle of real‑life friends who can like and comment on each other’s efforts for genuine encouragement, not performance theater.
