Just signed up for Clara as i receive so many spam calls that it is impossible to answer my phone directly. Right now my entire business is by texting. This will be a game changer for my business for sure to be able to screen my calls and find my customers! Thank you Clara!

I have literally canceled my account shut off any call forwarding that I could and I still am not able to receive phone calls after downloading this app. No one can figure it out but the only common denominator is this application. I’ve tried everything. I paused Clara for an entire year so that she couldn’t answer phone calls I canceled my subscription through the app and through Apple and now I receive no phone calls at all

We're sorry, and this is fixable. Cancelling the subscription and deleting the app doesn't switch off call forwarding, that setting lives with your carrier, so calls keep routing away from your phone until you turn it off. You can do it from your keypad in under a minute: heyitsclara.com/us/support/disabling-call-forwarding/. If calls still aren't coming through after that, email support@heyitsclara.com and we'll get on it with you straight away.

Clara Teams is here. Pro users can now add teammates to their Clara business account.
As the owner, you choose what each teammate sees: all calls, or only the calls assigned to them. Once someone has access to an inquiry, they can call the customer back and mark it resolved themselves, so it doesn't sit waiting on you.
We also fixed a handful of issues in the Teams interface to make it smoother to use.
