Lab results — understand them at a glance. Tap the ⓘ on any lab to see a quick, plain-language explanation of what the test measures. Lab trends now show up reliably. When you have more than one result for the same test (like Hemoglobin A1c), you'll now see your values charted over time instead of a "no trend available" message. Clearer provider access controls. The permission switches for a connected provider now read clearly as on/off toggles you can adjust. Appointment recordings — check off your tasks. Action items now tick off and stay checked. Your vital signs are now connected to Apple Health. Blood pressure, heart rate, weight, height, body temperature, oxygen saturation, and respiratory rate from your medical records automatically sync to the Health app so all your health data stays in one place. We also improved the Vitals screen to display your extracted vital signs clearly, with confidence indicators and the date they were recorded from your documents.
