Waited my whole life for this!

I’ve been a chronic patient for two decades and collecting all of my data from all of my doctors and medical centers over the years has essentially been impossible. I signed onto onerecord and was able to aggregate almost all of my records in just a few minutes with a few clicks. Mind. Blown. Thank for finally creating what all of us need, especially those who frequent the doctors office like myself.

Useless if your hospital isn’t in app’s network...

The app works fine, except it’s useless to me since none of my doctors, clinics, or hospitals are in the app’s network. This would not have been a dealbreaker for me except for the fact that it doesn’t let me manually input my health information. I can’t even input the stuff I typically have to fill out at the doctors office (like family history). Unless your doctors/hospitals have a patient portal that can link to this app, it’s completely useless. I was surprised how few doctors/facilities it recognized despite living in a big city. I was really hoping for an option to at least input my own info and upload photos to have a general idea of my records, but nope. I’ll have to look elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback. We are actively loading more locations everyday. We have to get whitelisted by the doctors, clinics, or hospitals in order to add them to OneRecord. Today we loaded 1388 new locations to our network.We do have another way for you to search for your records with out patient portal login. You should have been prompted to "search our partner networks". Sorry about that.You are correct. We do not have a manual entry feature at the moment. We have in the past but we took it as for the moment while we rebuild that feature. I hope you find app that works for you or try OneRecord again in a few months. You can always email support@onerecord.com and tell us the specific locations you would like us to prioritize in getting added.

When I moved states, I had a difficult time switching doctors and maintaining all my medical documentation and history, that’s when I started using OneRecord as my one stop shop. It helped simplify & alleviate the headaches of an already stressful transition. It’s been particularly beneficial during COVID-19 and highly recommend its use.
