Tour Report • The tour recap and tour report are now one report, opened from the showing card or straight from the tour-complete notification. • Send a version to the listing agent with your buyer's identity removed. • Buyers can now see their own tour report, including their availability. Saved searches now follow you • Saved searches live in your account instead of on one device, so they survive a reinstall, a new phone, and moving between the app and the web. • Search scope and map filters are kept with the search instead of being dropped. Numbers you can trust • Corrected the rent-vs-buy comparison, closing-cost estimates and the debt paydown schedule. Each produced a confident, plausible, wrong figure in some scenarios. • Dates across the CRM now display in your own timezone. Some records could appear a day out. Fixes • Opening one conversation could briefly show messages from the previous one. • "Sync & Logout" could refuse to complete when an item had failed to sync, leaving you unable to sign out. • The same property could be added to a tour twice. • Archived items could appear empty rather than showing what was in them. • Listing attribution now names the correct MLS on every listing. • Natural-language search, photo analysis and emailed tour reports are working again after a service fault. Privacy • The privacy policy now lists every service that processes your data and every device permission the app asks for. • Buyer notes are no longer shared with anyone unless the buyer chooses to share them.
