I’ve never been to the gym solo because I have no idea where to start. With Amrap I told it what I’m looking to work towards and it generated a plan for me complete with videos on how to set up the equipment and how to actually use them. Whenever I have questions ( I have a lot) it tells me how to adjust the equipment and/or my form to correct. I’ve been to a lot of workout classes but ended up with back pain because of bad form. With the app I’m learning tons, protecting my back, and finally making progress. 10/10 would recommend! Only thing is your gym better have good WiFi

I love how easy it is to adjust things. If I want to change something, have a question or a machine is taken, I just say it and it helps me right away. I’ve tried many fitness apps, and I ended up feeling so lost, not with this one!The weight suggestions are great too. It feels like my old trainer talking me through the session and pushing me to do more. I feel my workouts are genuinely effective now.

Since I play tennis regularly, I think about strength training as something that should support my performance, not drain me. Amrap does that really well. The coaching keeps workouts focused, adjusts when I’m more fatigued than expected, and helps me stay consistent without pushing too far. It’s practical, efficient, and easy to stick with.

Amrap is easy to get started and really helpful for beginners. Instead of spending time figuring out what workout to do or what weight to use, the app guides you through the process in a very natural way. The AI interaction feels natural and intuitive, and the real-time guidance helps reduce a lot of the guesswork. Looking forward to seeing how the app continues to evolve!
