My only complaint was my ride was late and I was late for work. If you schedule in advance I wouldn't expect it to be that late. Other than that my first ride was awesome. Most definitely will use again but may schedule far ahead in advance just in case I run into this problem again. And the other plus customer service actually texted me and told me the ride would be late. They gave me an option to cancel but I was already to late to take another ride. Overall they get 5 stars from me and I most definitely will use them again and again.

I’ve had a really good experience using VAMP in Dallas. The app is easy to use, the rides have been smooth, and the overall service feels reliable and well thought out. It’s nice to have another rideshare option in the city. Definitely worth trying if you’re in Dallas.

Great rates but not the most reliable

Overall, the service has been pretty decent for my rides home from work, but I've consistently had issues with morning pick ups. Even when I schedule a ride a day or more in advance, the driver is often still late, or I end up having to cancel the ride because they cannot find a driver within a reasonable timeframe (often 40-50 minutes estimate). I think the app could definitely improve the reliability of scheduling rides, especially when they're booked well in advance.

I was using the app smoothly for about a month until out of nowhere the app said that my area was no longer available to get rides then out of nowhere my account got “blacklisted”. Honestly this app was trash anyway.. I would schedule a ride hours and advance and the rider would still arrive late, There’s no way to contact support.. when you try to contact support in the app the keyboard doesn’t even pop up.. which I feel like was intentional, not to mention most of the time the drivers would drop you off at a completely different stop from which you’ve originally put into the app… yeah just continue using Uber and Lyft.. VAMP is a horrible rideshare service from my experience.
