New controls and refinements, plus performance improvements and bug fixes. We've polished SafeGuard with small improvements and behind-the-scenes fixes.

• Redesigned home screen with a clearer emergency countdown and live status • New, simpler check-in frequency picker • More reliable emergency alerts — now include your name and location • Manage contacts faster — swipe to edit or remove, plus import from your address book (Premium) • Clearer recipient selection when creating messages • Performance and reliability improvements

SafeGuard now reaches your contacts by text message, not just email. • NEW: SOS emergency alerts can now be delivered as SMS text messages to your distress contacts — alongside email — for faster, more reliable delivery when seconds matter. • NEW: Your legacy messages can also be sent by SMS, so loved ones are reached even if an email is missed or filtered. • Add a phone number to any contact to turn on text delivery (US and international numbers supported). • Stability improvements and behind-the-scenes fixes for a smoother, more dependable experience.

Refreshed the app with a cleaner, more modern interface across Home, Contacts, Messages, and Settings. • Improved the bottom navigation so selected tabs display properly without cut-off text. • Updated message and contact cards for better readability and easier editing. • Improved the safety dashboard with clearer timer status, check-in controls, and protection details. • Made distress PIN activation silent by default, with no visible emergency confirmation popup. • Kept SOS test confirmations available only when using the manual Test SOS option.
