more STATUS: everything is on TestFlight. Build 225 uploaded 2026-08-25,
processing state VALID. iOS git is level with origin/main (0 behind,

SCOPE: version 1.1.6 is PREPARE_FOR_SUBMISSION — it has NOT been
released to the App Store. 1.1.5 (build 223) is the version customers
currently have. So the App Store "What's New" below covers the WHOLE of
1.1.6 (builds 224 + 225), not just build 225.
Build 225 was archived from a clean worktree at bb180e4, NOT the shared
working tree — that tree carried ~210 lines of another session's
uncommitted Live Call / AssignFocus WIP, and xcodebuild archives the
WORKING TREE rather than HEAD. Those changes are NOT in this build.
Verify each line against the shipped build before pasting into App

Follow more than one coach, right inside the app.
• Your Classroom now holds every coach you're subscribed to. Switch
between them with the coach picker, and the app remembers whichever
one you had open last.
• Each coach's classroom looks like theirs — their own section tabs,
their own cover art, and their own Discussion categories. No more
seeing another coach's labels on someone else's content.
• Students with access can now open the Classroom too, not just coaches.
Plan a week of classes with a lot less tapping.
• Choose how many games you want per class, and Plan My Week fills to
that number instead of a fixed count.
• Pick a focus and only the relevant options appear, with a game count
shown per phase — so you can see the shape of the week before you
commit to it.
• Coaches who follow a partner coach's curriculum can now plan straight
from it, the same way it works on the web.
A rebuilt Kids area for coaches and parents.
• The Kids page is a real dashboard now, matching the web layout.
• Curate a Parent Resources list from your own video library — parents
see exactly what you picked, instead of placeholder content.
• New "Show belt progress" toggle: hide the belt countdown and
eligibility cues from parents if you'd rather not set an expectation.
Belt and earned stripes always stay visible.
• Fixed a bug where a parent resource video played in a tiny box.
1.1.5 Jul 25
Build a whole week of classes in one go.
• Add Class now takes several days at once — pick Monday, Wednesday and
Friday, hit Save once, and you get a class on each day with the same
time, type and capacity. Editing a class still works one day at a time.
• Games with more than one win condition now show every one of them.
Previously only the first survived, so a game you wrote with three
ways to win came back showing one.
• Discussion posts play YouTube videos inline, and you can @mention
someone in a post or reply.
• Plan My Week's Replace is more reliable — swapping a game into a
session no longer risks leaving the slot empty. Leg entanglements are
now available in the Custom lane.
• Fixed the coach dashboard leaderboard unlock reading the wrong source,
so it now reflects your actual XP.
1.1.4 Jul 23
Message your gym, right in the app.
• A dedicated Chat tab for real conversations with your coach and
training partners — links you send are now tappable.
• Start a group chat with anyone at your gym.
• Coaches can reply to member check-ins.
New for coaches:
• Class reservations — students can book a spot, you set capacity per
class, and you get a day-by-day roster of who's coming.
• Manage your roster faster — group students into cohorts, multi-select,
and assign a focus to a whole group at once.
• Edit a class (name, time, type) or delete it, and add "Competition"
as a class type.
• Weekly Challenge card — watch the drill, post your entry, earn points.
• Classroom now includes Greg's Full Classes and Seminars.
• When you set a student's focus, you can browse straight into Greg's and
Scott's courses to pick the game.
• Symmetric games — one toggle sets "both players win by…" so you don't
fill in each side twice.
Discussion just got more social: author photos on every post, tap a name
to see their profile, and free members can now reply and like.
Plus reliability fixes — videos show a clean loading state (and a clear
"not in your plan" message instead of an error), and forum videos load
more reliably.
1.1.3 Jul 17
Classroom now shows Greg's full content library.
The Content tab in the Classroom now includes two new sections below the
instructionals:
- Full Classes: complete recorded class videos
- Seminars: full seminar footage
What to test:
- Open Classroom, go to the Content tab.
- Confirm the order top to bottom: Foundation, Instructionals, Full Classes,
Seminars.
- Tap into Full Classes and Seminars. Each card shows a titled cover image
(no black bars), and the video list plays.
- Check the counts on each card look right and the videos open and play.
1.1.2 Jul 5
• Set how many people can book each class:
– In the class editor ("Max spots"), or
– All at once in the planner → "Class capacity" (set each class type, or
"Set all" to apply one number to everything).
• See who's coming on the Attendance page:
– Swipe day to day through the week.
– Each class shows: checked in · reserved · waitlist.
– Tap a class to see the full Reserved / Waitlist / Checked-i
1.1.1 Jun 26
New: Cancel a class & notify students.
1. As a coach, open the Dashboard. On a class under "Today's Classes",
tap the red "Cancel" button.
2. (Alternative) Open Class Planner, pick the day, and press-and-hold a
class → "Cancel & notify students".
3. In the sheet, optionally add a note and leave the push/email toggles
on, then tap "Cancel class".
4. You should see a "notified N students" confirmation, and the class
flips to a "Cancelled" badge.
5. Your students should receive a push notification and an email about
the cancellation.
1.1.0 Jun 24
• No more duplicate classes on your dashboard
After you renamed or edited a class, it could briefly show up twice
in "Today's Classes." Each class now appears exactly once.
• Fixed the send button in chat & messages
The send button was showing as a plain filled circle with no arrow.
It now displays the arrow correctly so it's clear how to send.
1.0.9 Jun 23
CLASS PLANNER — reliability fix
- Fixed a bug where the Class Planner could show "No classes scheduled" for a
whole week if a single class had a bad data value. Your classes (and the
games inside them) now load reliably.
- If a week ever fails to load, you now get a clear "Couldn't load — Retry"
instead of a blank screen.
PLAN MY WEEK — redesigned results
- Two swipeable options per generated game — whichever's showing is the one used.
- Edit any field inline before saving (start position, win conditions, task focus).
- Keep-video toggle per game.
- Continuous / Terminal win-condition toggle right on the card.
- Video sits beside the win conditions; wider layout, bigger player.
- New "Planning your week" loading overlay.
COACHES INBOX
- Moved to the main Dashboard (under Video Library).
- "Assign focus" opens the full Set-Focus sheet from the inbox.
- Replied check-ins clear automatically.
- "Share with your coach" is now a green button on the dashboard.
NEW STUDENTS
- Guided first-run setup (first check-in + optional first log).
EVERYWHERE
- Tap a game in any picker / focus screen to open full detail.
- Notification taps open the correct tab.
- Decluttered the class detail screen.
WHAT TO TEST
- Coaches: open Gym > Class Planner and confirm your week's classes + games
appear. Run "Plan my week," swipe the options, edit a field, add to a class.
- Check the Coaches Inbox on the Dashboard and try "Assign focus."
- New-student flow: sign up a test student and confirm the guided first-run.
1.0.8 Jun 22
What's New in this build:
• Coaches can now attach a game to a student's focus — the student sees it right on their dashboard.
• Free coaches can post in the community discussion (parity with the web).
• Clearer win-condition labels on games — Attacking/Defending and Player A/Player B, with continuous vs. terminal badges.
• Greg curriculum: correct week access, and editing a Greg game now keeps its video.
• Create-game form: the win-condition labels adapt to the system you pick.
Plus stability and polish fixes.
1.0.7 Jun 21
New: Video Library
Coaches can now build a video library for their whole gym — just paste an (unlisted) YouTube link and organize everything into folders like "Classes," "Competitors," or "New Training Material." Your students get a clean, browsable library to watch anytime, right from their dashboard.
Plus performance improvements and bug fixes.
1.0.6 Jun 17
This update adds three browsing improvements to the coach Classroom:
Sign in with the demo account below (coach account with curriculum access).
Tap the Classroom tab → Content segment → tap the Foundations course card.
Week sorting: tap the sort button (up/down arrows) in the top toolbar → choose "Newest first" — the week list reverses.
System filter: tap the System filter button → pick a position (e.g. Mount) — only weeks containing matching games remain.
Next/Previous navigation: expand any week, tap a game → use the Next / Previous buttons in the bottom bar to move between games in the week without backing out.
No new permissions, no new purchases, no account changes — this is navigation/browsing UX only within existing subscription content.
1.0.5 Jun 12
What's New in 1.0.4
- Manage your subscription from Settings — see your plan, pause, switch plans, or cancel anytime. App Store
subscriptions open Apple's built-in subscription manager.
- Fill your week in one tap — the planner can auto-fill your classes with the next week of course curriculum, and
an optional weekly auto-drip keeps them coming.
- Classroom improvements — unread badges on discussion topics, "new replies" tags, richer game cards in the Games
tab, and you can now add shared games straight to your library.
- Coaches can build their class schedule during sign-up.
- Smoother sign-in plus bug fixes and performance improvements.
---
A couple of notes on why it's written this way:
- The subscription line leads because it's the headline feature and it reads well to App Review — reviewers like
seeing cancellation called out plainly, and this build is the first with the new manage screen they'll be poking
at.
- I left out anything Apple shouldn't go looking for: the Kids Program ships dark (enableParentRole is false in
release builds), so mentioning it would invite a reviewer to hunt for a feature they can't reach — that's a
rejection pattern.
- "Cancel anytime" inside the notes is fine and accurate — cancel for IAP goes through Apple's own sheet, and the
Stripe path is account management.
1.0.4 Jun 11
Bug fixes for the dicussions tab
Added ability to add videos straight to schedule from curriculum
1.0.3 Jun 9
• New "Games" tab in the community keeps the discussion feed clean
• Unread badges + "New replies" tags so you never miss a reply
• Photos now display in discussion posts
• Faster background video uploads with a real progress bar
• Smoother, flicker-free video playback on Greg's content
• Coach-attached videos now play inside game details
• More reliable sign-in
1.0.2 Jun 5
Bug fixes and improvements:
• Coach lesson videos now display correctly — course videos, curriculum
technique videos, and coach-attached YouTube/Instagram links all show
when you open a class game.
• Improved reliability loading curriculum content.
