The onboarding was pretty long but it made a ton of sense why the questions were being asked. I went through a pretty standard questionnaire, which was easy, and then I talked for a while in the open-ended section about my current environment, life circumstances, and what hasn't worked for me in the past. This has worked way better for me than the previous apps I’ve tried. I used to have a personal trainer, but I stopped using them because it wasn't so convenient and it was really expensive (like $105 a week)!I feel like this is the best replacement I could have possibly found for a personal trainer. I've been using ChatGPT for a while but it's just a bunch of text back and forth and I always have to be the one who starts the conversation. It never gave me videos for exercises or log nutrition easily, and Socayo has both. I really love taking a picture of whatever I'm eating and having Socayo analyze the nutrition facts. It gets super detailed. Now I have an actual personalized plan and coach that's been helping me actually change my behavior. I feel like I can sustain the tasks in the plan it gives me and that they’re at my level. It hasn’t asked me to do any crazy crash diets which I’ve done in the past and gained the weight back every time. It also knows my current conditions and allergies and I’m glad it hasn’t asked me to do anything too difficult for where I am in life right now.There's definitely more I would like to see in terms of it being more intuitive to use from the beginning. It took me a while but now that I've gotten the hang of it. I really have been keeping the habit of completing my tasks and chatting with Socayo a lot whenever I have any questions, it’s kinda crazy.

Really love the complete plan and keeping me on track with running a half marathon. The tailored notifications are great!
