Still one of my favorite iOS Trakt clients! I understand folks are upset with some recent changes for Trakt, but the app is still maintained by the same developer; they just work with Trakt directly now. Which is actually better in terms of getting new features and issues resolved faster! I still find value in Trakt, to each their own. I hope users who do enjoy the app will share their experience so reviews aren’t just one extreme end of the spectrum. The Shelf is my number one feature, it’s customizable to include all lists and sections of your account in one place. And To Watch is a great way to organize lists too, which you can use within the Shelf! The new Open In actions add even more personalization.

You will not every convince me to buy your dumb VIP tier; even if you buy out the competition, copy their app to a new one, just so the people like me who supported the developer via premium/lifetime purchases can have their extra features invalidated.I’ll be using Rippple Mark 1 until you guys decide to sunset it.

Their app was so complicated they really had to buy out another person’s passion project and buy it out and I was there to support the creator when it came out and bought lifetime and now it’s gone. Money hungry company

It appears that Trakt bought out Rippple, copied the app to “Mark II” and abandoned the original app. This was likely done to invalidate the premium tier unlocks on the original app. Trakt is junk. Their web ui has become unusable in its current state. Bye…. 👋
Rippple 26.7 is focused on making Browse, Shelf, Open In actions, Comments, To Watch, and navigation feel faster and more flexible.
