End-to-End Electronic Leases Send, sign, and manage rental agreements seamlessly. Invite tenants via email, collect their legal signature, counter-sign from the app, and automatically distribute the fully executed lease to both parties. What's New Tenant Invites: Send secure email invites. Tenants land on a dedicated page to log in or create an account, routing them straight to the lease. E-Signatures: Tenants type their legal name and consent; landlords counter-sign from the lease detail screen. Signatures capture the date, IP, and device, making them fully legally binding under the E-SIGN Act. End a Lease: A new workflow allows you to terminate early or mark a lease as expired. Include a reason, effective date, notes, and an optional email notice to the tenant. Resend Invites: If a tenant misses the email, easily resend a fresh link (with a 12-hour expiry) right from the lease screen.
