Track every set, smash every PR. New Exercise History with est-1RM projections, milestone ETAs, and a redesigned Trophy Case. The gym tracker that proves your gains.
RepStack is a gym workout tracker that tells you exactly what to lift today. Log sets fast, see what you did last time, and let the progression engine update your weights, reps, deloads, PRs, and Strength Score automatically.
WHY LIFTERS USE REPSTACK
- Know your next weight and rep target before every set
- Adapt today's workout when the gym is busy: swap days, replace exercises, edit sets and reps, or apply changes every week
- Track progressive overload without spreadsheets
- Log real strength training details: warmups, working sets, AMRAPs, drop sets, failure sets, RPE, RIR, and rest times
- Use the plate calculator to load barbells faster in kg or lbs
- Import programs from text, XLSX, CSV, or build your own split
- Search 873 exercises with images, muscle filters, and offline access
- See PRs, e1RM trends, volume, Workout Rewind, What-If Projections, and Strength Score

Went on there to look at how my strength compared only for it to give me a workout, and that was it not even based on the weight that I used just based on whatever it wanted
Developer Response
You're right that this could be clearer on first open — that's on me to fix. For context: the Strength Score is calculated from your bodyweight and experience level using standard ratios for the 5 main lifts, and gets more accurate as you log real sets. The workout is a starting point built from your experience level, fully editable. If you're open to giving it another shot, email hello@rep-stack.com and I'll personally walk you through it.
Your strongest update yet. We rebuilt the Trophy Case, shipped a brand-new Exercise History screen, and gave you full control over every exercise in your library — all wired into smarter, more reactive workouts.
NEW — EXERCISE HISTORY
Tap "Previous" on any set mid-workout (or any exercise in your detail view) to see the full story of that lift.
• A live est-1RM trend chart with 1M / 3M / 1Y / All toggles
• Real projections from your real training: "At this pace, you'll hit 100 kg in 8 weeks"
• Milestone ETAs for your next round number and your 1×, 1.5×, 2×, 2.5×, 3× bodyweight benchmarks
• Every past session expands in place to show every set, every rep, every RIR
• Best-set highlights, PR pills, and one-tap deep links to the workout that earned it
REDESIGNED TROPHY CASE
The horizontal scroll is gone. Trophies now live in a clean two-column grid sorted by your latest PR. Tap any trophy to open a brand-new detail sheet with the headline lift, a 90-day est-1RM sparkline with delta, and your full PR history for that exercise. Every event links straight to the workout where you earned it. Adapts to weight × reps, bodyweight, weighted bodyweight, and time-tracked exercises.
EDIT ANY EXERCISE
Finally. Rename any of the 870+ built-in exercises (or your custom ones). Swap the photo. Fix the muscle assignments. Change tracking type from reps to time. Update the YouTube link. Edit the instructions. A one-tap "Reset to default" button puts seeded exercises back exactly how they were — and your Strength Score keeps recognizing renamed lifts thanks to a smart name-history fallback.
SMARTER WEEK GRID
The home calendar got six clean treatments — done, today, planned, rest, missed, and unplanned. No more false "missed" marks for days you weren't supposed to train. Tap any tile to see what was planned versus what you actually logged: completed sessions show stats, planned days show the exercise list, rest days say so.
EDIT WITH CONFIDENCE
A new scope picker lets you choose exactly how far a program change should reach — Today only, This and future, or All workouts — each with an impact preview so there are no surprises. Mode banners across the top of every editable screen show exactly what you're editing: today's workout, the program template, or just viewing history. Completed sessions stay untouched.
LIVE PREFERENCE UPDATES
Switch units from kg to lbs, swap RPE for RIR, or toggle auto-warmup, and the change confirms inline with a quick toast — no app restart, no stale numbers. Mid-workout? Your in-progress sets stay exactly as you typed them, and a one-line banner explains the change.
A CLEANER HOME
NEXT WORKOUT PREVIEW
Finishing a workout now shows what's next — program, week, day, and the exercises that are coming — powered by a single source of truth that home, summary, reminders, and widgets all agree on. No active program? You'll see a clean Start a Program CTA.
PLUS
• History rows now show "+N PR" with the live count — tap the pill to jump straight to the right place
• Refreshed text hierarchy across the whole app so meaningful content reads brighter and meta reads quieter
• Tighter motion, cleaner empty states, smarter skeletons, and a stack of fixes
Train smart. Track everything. Keep stacking reps.
