What's New in Version [1.0.9] New Features & Improvements: Added a new Incentive Requests module to easily apply for and track incentives. Reorganized the Dashboard to highlight Company Notices, Birthdays, and Events at the top. Updated the Leaves summary chart to display your true available balance, including proper handling of negative carry-forwards. Grouped the Overtime and Incentive action buttons side-by-side for faster access. Cleaned up decimal formatting on leave balance cards. Bug Fixes: Fixed an issue where canceling a pending Overtime or Incentive request would unexpectedly log the user out. Resolved a crash that could occur immediately after submitting a new request.

Smarter layout for long explanations: We updated the design so that even if your manager writes a detailed, multi-paragraph reason, it will display neatly at the very bottom of the card without getting cut off. Under the hood: A few behind-the-scenes tweaks and bug fixes to keep your app running smoothly!
