Your data is protected using industry-standard encryption. Authentication is powered by AWS Cognito with multi-factor verification. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections and is never shared without your consent.

This app works exclusively with a Circadia contactless monitoring device. Contact your Circadia provider if you need assistance with device setup.

- The Circadia C300 System is intended for the measurement of respiratory rate and heart rate, including spot measurement.
The system is indicated for adult patients in clinical settings, such as skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
The system is not indicated for active patient monitoring, and does not provide alarms for timely response in acute life-threatening situations. The system is not intended to monitor heart rate in patients with arrhythmias.
The system is intended to be used by healthcare professionals (HCPs) and data are intended to be reviewed by HCPs to inform patient care.
The system also monitors patient motion, and patient presence or absence near the device (exits). - Safety Information
- Safety Information, Warnings and Cautions
To ensure essential performance, the device must be positioned within 3 feet of the patient and used under no-motion conditions. Under these conditions, the device accurately monitors respiratory rate (RR) and heart rate (HR), with an error not exceeding ±5 breaths per minute or ±5 beats per minute, for RR and HR, respectively. While motion is present or when the patient is outside the detection range, RR and HR data will not be displayed. Loss of Wi-Fi connectivity may interrupt data transmission, during which no RR or HR data will be received. - Instructions for Use
