Many new affirmation categories!

New topics for affirmations. Thank you for using Anchor!

Dear users, We fixed some bug affecting the preview sound of some of the voices in the onboarding. Thank you for using anchor!

Completely rewritten affirmations. Every affirmation is now generated against a CBT-informed ruleset — no empty positivity, no telling you how you feel, no promises about how things will turn out. New: tell Anchor how you're feeling in your own words and get something written for that moment, not a generic line. New: "Not for me" on any affirmation — say what you're actually feeling and get something that fits. Fixed: topics you never selected no longer appear in your rotation.

Bug fixes and performance improvements including a fix for theme backgrounds not showing on some devices.

What's new in 2.7.2 "How are you feeling right now?" now sits right at the top of your Home screen — tap it anytime to turn what's on your mind into a personalized affirmation, and close it with one tap when you're done. A smoother, faster start so you reach your first moment of calm sooner. Polish and stability improvements under the hood.

We fixed the home-screen widget so it keeps giving you fresh affirmations, and made things more reliable behind the scenes. Thanks for using Anchor
