This free app is for patients of Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust to access details of their personalised exercise programme prescribed as part of their treatment. Please note, the exercises are recommended following a full assessment and are recommended for the duration defined by the clinician at the time of prescribing. If there are any changes to overall health or any new health conditions arise, the patient is advised to consult a healthcare professional for further guidance before exercising.

This update introduces educational content to your treatment plan — short videos selected by your clinician to help you better understand your condition and recovery. We've also added a 5-second countdown when switching sides during timed exercises, so you always have time to get into position
