It recommends the best options based on my daily food intake, workouts, and nutritional needs. Whether it’s keeping calories in check or making sure I get enough protein, AI Coach has got me covered. It feels like having a personal nutritionist in my pocket—no more stressing over what to order, just enjoying my meal without messing up my health goals.

It looks at my daily calorie intake and exercise, then smartly recommends what I should eat for dinner—how much, what’s balanced, and what won’t blow my goals. Sometimes it even gives me little tips for healthy and tasty options, so my dinner is both satisfying and on track with my health or weight goals. It’s like having a personal nutrition assistant in my pocket—no more stressing over what to eat at night, just easy and worry-free!

One thing I really love about this app is that when I’m short on time, I can log my food by voice or text, and I can also take photos or scan packaging to record it instantly. The tracking tools and data visualization features are excellent for managing calories. The only downside is that I can’t bulk import data from other apps I’ve used in the past—if that were possible, it would be absolutely perfect!

I really like this app overall, especially the body photo tracking section — the design is super clean and honestly really fits my aesthetic. it’s simple but still feels motivating when I look back at progress. it had is the ability to share the progress photos or generate comparison images. right now it feels like the photos are just stored inside the app, but in a lot of other apps you can turn them into before/after comparisons and share them out, which is actually really motivating for tracking progress.it would be great if this app could add something similar in the future. still, the design itself is really solid, just hoping for a bit more sharing functionality around it.
