Countrol: Bad Habits Tracker
Alcohol, Smoking & Coffee Log
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
In the US, bad habits cost you twice: your money and your health. Countrol tracks them all and helps you cut down. No account, no ads.
Alcohol, cigarettes, coffee, junk food, or whatever it is you'd rather do less of. One tap and Countrol counts it. Almost everyone underestimates how much they really drink, smoke or snack — so start tracking today, and cut down or quit for good.
ONE TAP TO LOG
Open the app, tap the category. That's the whole thing. Quantity, time and price are saved for you. Forgot yesterday? Add it, edit it or delete it, any entry, any day.
A LIMIT THAT IS ACTUALLY YOURS
Set your own weekly maximum per category: five drinks a week, three cigarettes a day, whatever is realistic for you. A progress bar tells you where you stand before the weekend does.
SEE WHAT IT REALLY COSTS
Enter your own price per drink, per pack, per meal. Countrol turns it into a live total for the month and the year, in your currency. For most people, that number is the moment something changes.
YOUR CLEAN DAYS, ON A WALL
Every day you don't consume turns green. A full year at a glance: current streak, all-time record, the good months and the ones that slipped. Nothing motivates quite like watching the green take over.
KNOW YOUR PATTERNS
Charts by day, week, month and year. Your heaviest weekday, the hour you usually reach for it. The trigger is rarely the one you would have guessed.
WATCH YOUR BODY RECOVER
A live countdown of science-based milestones, one timeline per substance. Heart rate back to normal after 20 minutes. Lung cilia repairing within days. Liver regenerating within weeks. Real progress, not willpower.
AND THE CARBON, TOO
Every cigarette and every drink carries a footprint. Countrol adds yours up, so you can see that side of it as well.
ON YOUR HOME AND LOCK SCREEN
Widgets keep today's count, your streak and your weekly goal one glance away.
ONE GENTLE REMINDER A DAY
A single notification, at the time you choose. No guilt, no spam.
100% PRIVATE
No account. No ads. No trackers. Your data stays on your iPhone unless you turn on iCloud sync, and even then it never goes anywhere but your own iCloud.
MADE YOURS
Track only the categories you care about, in the colors you want, with the theme you like. There is a little mascot cheering you on, and a switch to turn it off if that's not your thing.
IN YOUR LANGUAGE
Fully translated into 40 languages.
Countrol will not lecture you and will never ask who you are. It simply counts, and once you can see the count, the rest usually follows.
Start your first clean day today.
