Sundee Fundee is a free, private strength training app for women who lift, with workouts that adapt to your period, recovery, pain, energy, and equipment.
BUILD A COACH PLAN
Choose your time, focus, energy, and equipment. Sundee Fundee builds a Coach Plan with exercises, sets, reps, rest, and suggested substitutions, whether you train in a full gym, with dumbbells, with kettlebells, with resistance bands, or at home.
CYCLE AND PERIOD CONTEXT
Track periods, view cycle phase estimates, and get workout guidance that may adjust volume, intensity, and exercise selection based on your logged menstrual cycle and available Health data. HealthKit permissions are optional, and the app still works without Apple Health access.
STRUCTURED STRENGTH PROGRAMS
Follow strength programs with clear sessions and built-in progression. Use programs when you want structure, or build a one-off workout when you need flexibility.
RECOVERY AND PAIN TOOLS
Log pain, track recovery context, and use pain-aware exercise swaps to keep training practical. Sundee Fundee is a fitness tool, not a medical device, and it does not diagnose or treat injuries.
PROGRESS TRACKING
Track one-rep maxes, barbell lifts, benchmarks, PRs, weekly workouts, training volume, and challenge progress. See what is improving without digging through spreadsheets or paper notes.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Continue as a guest for local storage, or sign in with Apple to sync your workouts, maxes, cycle logs, and progress with iCloud. There are no ads and all features are free.
