Nav523 is the first mobile app designed for New Jersey construction code officials, subcodes, inspectors, technical assistants, contractors and other industry related professionals. It is simple, powerful, verified data driven based upon the Uniform Construction Code (UCC) and established work types.
Initially developed for one-and two-family dwellings (R5 & R3), it clarifies over seventy work types using a data-driven database and exclusive library. Users can access UCC citations, identify licensing needs, inspection protocols and much more. The app also offers interactive permit forms that can be completed on your device, printed, or shared from your smartphone.
Additionally, the app serves as a communication hub by delivering real-time UCC push alerts.
