Everyone deserves a place to start, and Micro Moves was built to be that place- a Lagree studio where expert guidance, intentional details, and a genuine
sense of community come together to help people recharge, grow stronger, and
leave more grounded than when they walked in.
Every element of the experience is curated to reduce intimidation and build trust, from
highly trained instructors and beginner-friendly class formats to thoughtful amenities and a welcoming, down-to-earth approach to coaching.
Micro Moves is a place where you can walk in knowing nothing and still belong. Where the experience is refined and luxe, but never exclusive or out of reach. Where instructors meet you at your starting point and help you build from there - no pressure, no assumptions, no performance required.
Every detail, from eucalyptus towels and fresh cucumber water to machines cleaned and ready before you arrive, is designed with one purpose: so you can walk through the door, let everything else go, and be entirely present with yourself.
