Find your next small set and follow your practice throughout the day, without forced catch-up.
Organize Grease the Groove practice, record completed sets and manage reminders. Keep the next action in view, then review your consistency in your private journal.
PREVIEW YOUR NEXT CYCLE
Choose an existing active movement and explore a named objective before opening the Pro offer. See your matching-load reference, whether it was measured or estimated, and the practice, lighter and retest phases calculated by the same engine as your daily plan. Previewing saves nothing and starts no cycle or reminder. The next cycle will need an up-to-date reference: this is an illustration, not a prediction of progress or a completion date.
RECORD REAL PRACTICE
• Log a named movement and amount with one tap.
• Correct a set’s amount, time, additional load and optional effort, or undo an entry.
• Start from a measured result, a cautious estimate or a separately named easier variation. An unknown reference stays unknown.
• Plan repetition or hold targets for pull-ups, push-ups, dips, squats, planks, L-sits, dead hangs and custom movements.
• Use 3–6 week cycles, with targets based on 40–60% of your repetition or hold reference. These are app guidance, not percentages of 1RM or measurements of recovery.
• Lighter days can reduce the planned number of sets below three. Stop a movement for today without tomorrow’s catch-up debt. For pain or discomfort, pause it and save an optional note; reminders do not urge you to push through.
• Local reminders and the widget use your chosen spacing. A timer shows elapsed time, not physical readiness. Delivery depends on iOS and your notification settings.
• Export a local JSON backup and restore it into an unused library. Restored movements wait for you to resume them; purchase rights are never imported.
FREE AND PRO
Logging, correction, local backup, history, rest controls, reminders and the objective preview are free. The app allows up to three active cycles on both tiers.
Pro saves and follows named objectives across cycles, adds objective phases and cycles with additional load. References are compared at the same load. Indicative progress estimates require at least two completed comparable cycles and suitable measured results; insufficient data stays explicit. Logged time patterns are observations, not automatically scheduled reminders.
Choose monthly, annual or lifetime Pro. The annual offer may include a seven-day trial for eligible accounts, as shown in the app. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be managed in iOS Settings. Lifetime is one purchase. Pre-3.0 users retain their existing device-local Pro access.
No account, ads, analytics or automatic cloud sync. Your journal stays on your device; exported files go only where you choose.

Ratings & Reviews
This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
Your next set is easier to find. Following movements are more compact; you can postpone a reminder or stop a movement for today without creating catch-up debt. A pain or discomfort pause can save an optional note. Choose system, light or dark appearance, with Brazilian Portuguese support.
