Shopfix is shop management software for truck, trailer, fleet, and heavy equipment repair, and this is the app that puts it on the shop floor. Open the work orders assigned to you, start a timer on the job in front of you, scan parts in and out of the parts room, and raise a request without walking to the office.
Technicians, parts staff, and managers all work from the same live data, whether they are under the truck, at the parts counter, or out on a road call. Anything you change on your phone shows up on the desktop right away, so nobody re-keys a job, a part, or an hour at the end of the shift.

+ VIN Scanning - Scan or type a VIN and Shopfix fills in the year, make, model, drivetrain, and engine details, so a unit is on file in seconds.
+ Barcode Scanning - Scan a part to assign it to a work order, scan a bin to put stock away, and scan a tool to check it in or out.
+ Parts and Inventory - Search the catalog, check quantity on hand and bin locations, sell parts, and process returns.
+ Label Printing - Print part and bin labels the moment you create them, and print a catalog list straight from your phone.
+ Part Requests - Request the parts you need from the floor, add notes and photos, and follow the request through approval and fulfillment.
+ Purchase Orders - Build orders, add line items, assign a vendor, and receive deliveries against the PO right at the dock.
+ Estimates and Invoices - Draft estimates, turn work into invoices, add line items, and handle refunds.
+ Customers and Assets - Look up customers and contacts, review the units you service, and see the work order and invoice history behind each one.
+ AI Assistant - Ask about a unit and get answers grounded in the manuals and documents uploaded against it, with a citation back to the file. Open it on the unit or straight from a work order, and attach a photo if that is easier than typing.
+ Voice to Text - Dictate a note, a task, or a part request and Shopfix writes it into the right fields.
+ Tools - Track tools and individual tool units, see who has what, and record checkouts and returns.
+ Notes and Photos - Attach photos and notes to work orders, tasks, parts, and requests so the next person has the full picture.
+ Push Notifications - Get shop alerts on your phone, including live timer updates that keep your running job in sync.
+ Manager Views - Follow the board, see who is currently working, and check the map of clocked-in staff.
+ Role-Based Permissions - Everyone sees the part of the shop their role covers, and nothing else.

ACCOUNT AND SUBSCRIPTION
Every Shopfix account belongs to a repair business and is used by its own employees. An active Shopfix subscription and an account created by your shop's administrator are required to use this app.
