Finish a focus sprint and a sapling is planted in your forest, right there on screen. Over the next 7 days it grows into a tree or a flower. A few weeks in, your forest is proof of effort that a streak number never gives you.

• Body double sessions: focus next to a virtual partner, or type a friend's name and work "together". No account, no internet, no waiting for anyone.
• Break it into steps: stuck on a task? FlowCalm splits it into steps small enough to start. On iPhones with Apple Intelligence this runs on the device; elsewhere a simpler built-in splitter does the job.
• Sprints that match your mood: say if you feel scattered, overwhelmed or ready, and FlowCalm suggests a sprint length and a sound. Sprints start at 5 minutes.
• A timer you can see: a progress track during the sprint, plus a Lock Screen and Dynamic Island countdown, so time stays visible.
• Park a thought: a stray idea mid-sprint goes on a list for later, and you stay on task.
• Quick capture: type or speak a task from anywhere. FlowCalm reads the priority and suggests a reminder time.
• Breathing reset: a guided breathing flow for the moments when calming down matters more than focus.
• Calm sounds: rain, ocean, fireplace, storm and focus music.
• XP, streaks and a dragon companion: sprints earn XP, finished goals level up your dragon, and streak shields stop one bad day from wiping out your progress.
• Honest stats: focus time and mood by day, week, month and year.
