Card & navigation • Hero “Digital Card” / “My Card” buttons now route correctly in the app (always to /gift-card so the card loads instead of going back to home). • Pre-order section on the card page is always visible with clear states (closed vs open, balance vs no balance). • Card data loading: fixed silent fetch failures so the card page loads reliably. Pre-orders • Drink selector grouped by category (optgroup). • Pre-orders still require sufficient balance; in-app purchases and tips can go slightly negative where appropriate. Pay-it-forward / community pool • Pool claims now require card_id, are limited to once per day, and credit $3 only when card balance is ≤ 0. • Fixed race condition on pool claim with a conditional DB update. Payments & balance • Allow negative balances on purchases and tips (pre-orders still require sufficient balance). Menu • Removed pastry category from the menu.
