Sleepwalking can sometimes lead to potentially dangerous situations if a person unknowingly starts moving around while asleep. Sleep Walk Guard helps provide an extra layer of safety by monitoring movement during sleep and alerting the user if unusual activity is detected.
The app works with Apple Watch to monitor movement while you sleep. If movement suggesting sleepwalking is detected, the Apple Watch immediately triggers vibration and sound alerts to wake the user.
To ensure the user is fully awake, the app requires completing a small random task on the watch before the alert stops. This helps prevent the user from dismissing the alert while still half asleep.
Simply start a sleep session on your Apple Watch before going to bed, and the app will monitor your movements throughout the night.
