I'm a long-time customer of Dubia. I've been able to rely on them time and time again for many years. I am so excited to see how much they have grown. They continue to give back to the community we all love. From the first order I placed with them years ago, to this very day, I have received the same level of amazing customer service and communication from them. Dubia has maintained their focus on providing honest, fair, and reliable resources for all of their customers, even through all of the hardships these past few years have brought upon everyone. While taking personal losses during the pandemic, and its aftermath, Dubai continues to give back to anyone who is in need. This company has been steadfast in its mission to educate and promote safety within the herp community. They have done so without wavering. They are truly passionate about what they do. This company is comprised of genuinely caring, and passionate people who are respectful, and legitimately happy to help in any way they can at all times. I will always recommend them and respect them for their commitment to the betterment of a cause I hold dear.

I was a bit nervous to order live worms through the mail but our package arrived in mint condition and the variety of worms we chose for our bearded dragon was amazing. He perked right up when he seen them in the bowls and began eating immediately! I actually looked on the website to see if I could leave a review because I was actually shocked that The Professor’s “groceries” arrived so perfect but didn’t see anyplace to leave one so this is my honest review! Nothing was sponsored or free and we will most definitely order every time he needs a refill! Thank you Dubai for amazing goodies for our Professor Puff! 1 STAR — ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCEI honestly cannot understand how a company can mess up a simple order this badly.My order was supposed to arrive on August 13. First, my apartment number was missing from the shipping address. I contacted support trying to fix the problem, but they were completely unhelpful and basically told me they could not do anything or provide any useful information.Then I went to the post office myself to try to locate the package, because it contains LIVE feeder insects that can die while sitting in transit.And that is when I discovered something even worse: Dubia put a completely incorrect recipient name/initials on the package.The name on the package is NOT my name, NOT my wife’s name, and does not match ANY name saved in my account or addresses.Because of THEIR mistake, USPS refused to release MY package to me even though I had the tracking number and could show my order information.So now I have:* paid for the order,* paid for shipping,* received nothing,* wasted my time going to the post office,* live insects sitting somewhere because they may not be deliverable,* and customer service that has been practically useless.This is not a small shipping delay. They literally shipped my order with the wrong recipient information and made it impossible for me to pick up my own package.One of the worst online ordering experiences I have ever had.I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering live insects from this company.

I buy my discoids and hornworms here. I’ve had a few DIA but I contacted support and they processed a replacement immediately but unfortunately due to no one’s fault except Mother Nature I had a few small discoids DOA but was replaced And then refunded .. the weather was a little crazy and very very hot. They had to travel from Kansas to FL . I strongly recommend doing the two day shipping fedex and having them held at a fed ex location and order on a Sunday or Monday if your getting to from FL. Anyhow I have no issues with the employees I have to say the best customer support I’ve seen in a long time from a lot of company’s oh and the STICKERs are the bomb!!
