Treat real life like an RPG. Earn XP from workouts, runs, rides, quests, word games, meditation, and more as you level every stat.
XPG is a fitness RPG where the things you do in real life earn XP.
Work out. Run. Ride. Solve word games. Read. Meditate. Complete quests.
Your real-world actions build your character across STR, DEX, INT, WIS, CON, and CHA — turning everyday progress into an RPG you actually play by living your life.
LEVEL UP EVERY STAT
Treat yourself like an RPG character.
Train your body to build STR, DEX, and CON. Train your mind to grow INT and WIS. Take on challenges that push different parts of your character and watch your stats develop over time.
LOG REAL EXERCISE
Track lifts, runs, rides, bodyweight exercises, and more.
Every session earns XP toward your character, skills, and progression.
TRAIN YOUR MIND
Fitness is only part of your character.
Take on INT and WIS challenges including Lexicon, Scramble, Crosswords, Meditation, Ancient Tomes, and Mantras.
Solve word challenges, read, reflect, and train your mind to earn XP just like you would in the gym.
COMPLETE QUESTS
Turn goals into objectives worth chasing.
Take on daily quests, workout quests, running and riding quests, treasure maps, story challenges, consistency goals, and achievement hunts.
Complete challenges. Earn XP. Keep leveling.
CHOOSE YOUR CLASS
Build your hero around the way you actually live and train.
Specialize your character, develop your stats, and unlock progression shaped by what you do in the real world.
RAISE A FAMILIAR
Hatch a pixel companion that grows alongside you.
Feed it loot, build its stats, unlock moves, and watch it evolve as you progress.
FAMILIAR DUELS
Put your familiar to the test in turn-based battles.
Choose your moves, challenge friends, and earn rewards through RPG-style duels powered by the character you've built.
SWEAR OATHS WITH FRIENDS
Make a commitment and put your name on it.
Set running goals, session goals, or streaks with friends and keep each other accountable throughout the week.
COMPETE AND PROGRESS
Keep your streak alive, climb leaderboards, complete achievements, collect loot, evolve your familiar, and continue building your character.
Your life already has stats. XPG just makes them visible.
Level up your body.
Level up your mind.
Level up in real life.
