AI Fitness Coach & Gym Log
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
Meet Gus, your new gym buddy. Every exercise shows what you lifted last time, so you always know what to beat. Plus a smarter Discover that finds routines for you.
STOP REPEATING THE SAME WEIGHTS

more I usually forget what I lifted a few weeks ago, so logging each workout has been useful. I like checking back after a session and seeing where I added reps or weight without digging through old notes.

3.2.24 Oct 4
Say hi to Gus — your new gym buddy! He cheers you on after workouts, keeps you company on rest days, and celebrates every new gem you unlock.
• New Workout complete screen: your stats in one place, with your PRs and every lift you beat called out
• Talk to your AI coach: dictate messages and have replies read aloud
• AI coach upgrades: retry, edit or copy messages, rate replies, and start a workout right from the chat
• Workouts now save to Apple Health (turn it on in Settings)
• Drag and drop to reorder exercises in your routines
• See yourself move up the leaderboard after each workout
• Open the app mid-workout and you're right back in your session
• Did a second session today? It picks up where you left off without losing your sets
• Ready for iOS 27, plus speed and stability fixes
3.2.23 Oct 3
Your workouts now count in Apple Health, and AI Studio makes covers worth sharing.
• Apple Health — every finished workout is saved to the Health app and counts toward your Fitness rings. Turn it on or off in Settings
• AI Studio, remade — a real magazine cover built on your own photo with the Gymbora masthead, your workout name and your numbers, plus a new Real photo style. Pick a look from the new style cards
• You moved up — finish a workout and watch yourself climb the leaderboard
• Drag to reorder — hold and drag exercises when building or editing a routine
• Coach chat — long-press a reply to copy, edit or regenerate it, rate answers, have replies read aloud, dictate your message, and pin your favorite chats
• Train twice in a day — start again after finishing and your logged sets stay done
• Fixed: the Health tab could stop responding right after the Health permission prompt
Every exercise still shows what you lifted last time — beat it, and results follow.
3.1.23 Sep 27
Rest days got a purpose, and unlocking a gem finally feels like one.
• New gem unlocked — reach a new tier and the whole screen celebrates, with real gem artwork now in your Profile, Gem Rank and the Leaderboard
• Rest day, rebuilt — a recovery map shows which muscles are still tired, a checklist earns points for your check-in, steps, water and mood, and tomorrow's workout is previewed with the numbers to beat
• 10-minute mobility session — a quick no-equipment routine for rest days, sore muscles first
• Week streaks — your streak now counts full training weeks, with +5 points for every week you keep it going
• Runs, rides and swims on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island — time, distance and pace while you move
• Apple Watch — tap your workout in the Smart Stack to open it on the watch
• The exercise you're working on stays at the top of your workout queue
• Fixed: the set sheet no longer resets a weight you changed, and streak reminders arrive at the right time
Every exercise still shows what you lifted last time — beat it, and results follow.
3.1.22 Sep 18
Your first workout now shows you exactly what to do.
• Guided first set — on your first workout the exercise opens by itself with the weight and reps ready, and a 3-step guide points at the button: set your numbers, do the set, tap Log set. The app celebrates when you do
• "Start here" — a pointer on the Start workout button until you've finished your first session, so the first step is never a guess
• Fixed: starting a second session on the same day no longer carries over sets from the one you already finished, and tapping Finish twice can't save a workout twice
Every exercise still shows what you lifted last time — beat it, and results follow.
3.1.21 Sep 16
Your first set just got easier — and so did every new exercise.
• Suggested starting weight — try an exercise you've never logged and the weight is already filled in, based on the equipment, the muscle and your body weight. Adjust it, log it, and from then on Gymbora shows you what to beat
• Body-weight moves log by reps alone — push-ups, sit-ups and bands no longer ask for a weight
• "Log set" now opens the exercise with the weight and reps ready to confirm, so your first set is two taps
• New here? A pointer shows you exactly where to log your first set, and the app celebrates when you do
• Your first workout is a short one — a few exercises, a few sets — so you finish it. The full plan takes over from workout two
• Setup is shorter: fewer screens between "Get started" and your plan
• Start a workout right away, even before you create an account — your sessions are kept and move to your account when you sign up
• Leave a workout open without logging anything and we'll send one reminder to come back and finish it
Every exercise still shows what you lifted last time — beat it, and results follow.
3.1.20 Sep 15
Every screen got sharper, and your session got easier to run.
• Rest timer on screen — the countdown sits right in your workout with −15 / +15 and Skip, so you never leave the exercise
• Log set 1 of 3 — set pips and one clear button show exactly where you are in every exercise
• Muscle maps — every routine shows which muscles it hits, and the map lights up live as you build your own
• Routine builder, rebuilt — add exercises, set sets and reps, and save in one screen
• Health, redesigned — Steps, Water and Workout rings for today, 7-day step bars, and a cardio card with your week's runs and rides
• Profile — lifetime totals, a 12-week consistency map, and before & after progress photos with a side-by-side compare
• Notifications inbox — grouped by day, swipe to delete, mark all as read
• Settings — streak reminder, export your workouts to CSV, restore purchases and see live prices
• Gem Rank and Leaderboard — new tier journey, podium and your current standing
• AI coach — quick-reply chips under every answer keep the conversation going
• Apple Watch now matches your phone: set pips, rest bar, and a Workout complete screen with your streak
• Home-screen widgets refreshed, and smoother animations everywhere (Reduce Motion respected)
Every exercise still shows what you lifted last time — beat it, and results follow.
3.1.19 Sep 12
Faster logging and a new way to show off your session.
• Set logging, rebuilt — every set is one line with − / + buttons for weight and reps. Tap the check and the row folds away
• Your last set sits right above each row, easier to read now, with a one-tap Target chip that sets the numbers to beat
• The keyboard no longer covers lower sets while you type
• AI Studio — add a photo to a finished workout and turn it into a magazine cover, movie poster, comic, neon, retro, anime, card or billboard, with your numbers on it. Share it anywhere
• Runs now survive a locked phone or a closed app — reopen Gymbora and pick up right where you were
• The Live Activity stays on your Lock Screen for the whole workout, even after reopening the app
• The AI coach now builds the routine you actually asked for — machines only, specific rest days, cardio days, exercises to skip — and lays out the week before you save
Every exercise still shows what you lifted last time — beat it, and results follow.
