You can now mute your microphone while recording to capture just the other audio, like the people on a Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams call, without recording your own voice. The saved recording keeps that audio and adds your microphone for the parts where it wasn't muted. You can also find text inside a note and step through the matches, the notes list now searches transcript text too, not just titles and summaries, and the notes you typed during a recording are now editable.

You can now give a note your own name. When you start a recording, a title field appears on the recording screen so you can label your meeting right away. The name you type is kept and won't be replaced by the automatic title or the AI summary. You can name a note the same way when you transcribe an audio file.

This update fixes a recording that could stay showing as active in the Dynamic Island or on the Lock Screen after you stopped it or closed the app. Tapping Stop there now reliably ends the recording and takes you straight back to your notes. We also fixed a case where stopping a recording could start a second summary.

Select and copy text in summaries, transcripts, and notes. Long-press to select a word, then drag the handles or tap Select All. Works on iPhone, iPad, and Mac across all tabs.

iPhone and iPad: System audio from Zoom, YouTube, podcasts, and other apps can now be transcribed alongside your microphone. Start a screen broadcast from the prompt that appears when you tap Record. Audio from other apps keeps playing while MoosePad is recording. The file import option is now labeled Transcribe an Audio File so existing recordings are easier to find. New Settings toggle to disable emojis in AI summaries.

Mac: system audio from Zoom, Meet, and browsers is now transcribed alongside your microphone. Rebuilt Share and Export with a native save panel and M4A audio output. Added a prominent New Note button to the All Notes column. New What's New popup highlights changes after each update. Refresh your email from Apple and edit your display name from Settings. Faster note loading and smoother tab switching. Fixed a missing Audio tab on imported meetings and layout issues on the Summary tab.

Improved AI summary reliability when the phone locks during generation, fixed the Notes file export, fixed transcription not starting for some languages, and added clearer error messages.
