Automatic Clock In/Out Reminders
Set your home location on a map and Banany reminds nannies to clock in when they arrive and clock out when they leave. Configurable delay, no more forgotten shifts or surprise paystubs.

Capture your child's day as it happens. Log meals, naps, diaper changes, and free-form activities — together on a per-child timeline or split out by kind. Track milk intake against a daily ounces goal with a filling bottle, and total nap time against a daily sleep goal with a glowing moon. Wake-up and bedtime markers anchor the day so the whole family stays on the same page.
Family Calendar
A shared calendar built for households. Add one-off events or recurring ones (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) and edit a single occurrence without disturbing the rest of the series — just like the calendar app you already use. Multi-day all-day events and your children's birthdays appear automatically.
Your Household at a Glance
Add parents, nannies, and children to your family. See everyone in one list with contact info, roles, and child details like birthdays, allergies, and notes. Nannies see the parents they work with; parents see the full picture.
Track Hours and Pay
Every shift records start time, end time, duration, and earnings based on hourly rate. Choose the pay period that fits each nanny — daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Mark shifts paid one at a time, or use bulk mark-paid to clear a whole pay period at once. View the current period at a glance or browse the full history with date filters.
Benefits and Pay Adjustments
Set up benefits for each nanny — PTO, holiday pay, mileage reimbursement, bonuses, or anything custom. Apply them to specific days in hours or dollars, and they flow into the same pay period totals as shifts so paychecks reconcile to the penny.
